Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Bump & Baby, we're committed to making shopping for growing families as easy and convenient as possible. Every order is carefully prepared and packed with care before making its way to its new home.

Fast and reliable delivery for pre-loved baby clothes, maternity wear, and kids’ fashion across Dubai.

Delivery Within Dubai

We deliver across Dubai, UAE, including central and selected extended areas at the following rates:

  • AED 15 for standard delivery within Dubai
  • AED 25 for deliveries to selected extended areas of Dubai (outside central zones).

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly.

Order Tracking & Communication

Once your order is ready for delivery, we may contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email to coordinate a suitable delivery time.

Please ensure that the contact details provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delays.

Free Warehouse Pickup

Prefer to collect your order yourself? We offer free pickup from our warehouse in JVC, Dubai.

Simply select the pickup option during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Email to arrange a convenient pickup date and time.

Please wait for our confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or lack of response, we may contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.
