We give beautiful, high-quality pieces a second life through a simple consignment model — making it easier for families to shop sustainably and earn from the items their little ones have outgrown.

Selling your pre-loved baby and kids' clothes with Bump & Baby is easy. You send us your items and we take care of the rest.

1. Send us your items — freshly washed and in excellent condition.
2. We curate — our team reviews every piece and selects what is suitable for resale.
3. We price & photograph — we set the selling price and create the listings.
4. We sell — your items may be featured on our website, Instagram, WhatsApp catalogue and at pop-up events.
5. You earn — you receive your commission when the consignment period ends, or choose store credit and receive an extra 5%.

We accept maternity wear, baby clothes, kids' clothing, baby shoes and accessories in excellent condition.

Items must be:

• Freshly washed and clean
• Free from stains and damage
• Free from strong or unpleasant odours
• In excellent condition and suitable for resale

Not necessarily. Bump & Baby is a curated pre-loved marketplace, so every item is reviewed individually by our team.

We may decline items that do not meet our quality, condition, safety or brand standards. Sending items to us does not guarantee that every piece will be accepted.

For items that are not accepted, you can choose to collect them or, with your approval, donate them to a trusted NGO or local community initiative.

We take care of the photography, product descriptions, pricing, listings, marketing and customer communication for you.

Bump & Baby sets the selling price for each item based on factors such as brand, condition, original value, demand and resale value in the UAE market.

Prices may be adjusted during the consignment period to help your items sell and give them the best chance of finding a new home.

Once our team has reviewed your items, you will receive a Consignor Summary Form.

It will show you:

• The complete list of items accepted for sale
• The selling price assigned to each item
• The commission percentage applicable to each item
• The amount you would earn if the item sells at its listed price
• Your estimated total earnings if all accepted items sell

This gives you a clear overview of your consignment before your items go live.

Your commission is based on the final selling price of each item. The higher the selling price, the higher your commission percentage.

Once your item is sold and the consignment period ends (6 months, extendable for up to 3 additional months), we process your payment.

Cash payments are made by bank transfer at the end of the consignment cycle. You will receive a final sales summary showing which items sold and your total earnings before payment is issued.

Absolutely. If you choose store credit, you receive your earnings as soon as your item sells, rather than waiting until the end of the consignment period.

Plus, you receive an extra 5% bonus value on your store credit to use on future purchases from Bump & Baby.

Your items will be part of the Bump & Baby collection for up to 180 days (6 months).

After around 60 days, we may adjust prices to help items sell faster.

If an item continues to show strong potential, we may offer to extend the consignment period for up to an additional 3 months.

Not every piece finds its new home straight away — and that's okay!

At the end of the consignment period, you can choose to:

• Collect your unsold items
• Extend the consignment period, if eligible
• Donate them to a trusted NGO or local community initiative

We'll contact you at the end of the consignment period to confirm your preference.

Yes. At the end of your consignment period, you can choose to collect any items that haven't sold, subject to our collection arrangements.

If we don't hear from you within 14 days, items may be responsibly donated or rehomed so they can continue their journey rather than go to waste.

You can drop off your items at our designated drop-off locations or use our collection service where available.

We decide when and where to showcase each item based on what we think will give it the best opportunity to sell.

Once we receive your items, our team needs time to review, curate, photograph and prepare each accepted piece for sale.

Items are generally processed and listed within a few days, depending on the number of items we receive and seasonal demand.

Yes. Please make sure everything is freshly washed, clean and ready for resale before sending it to us.

We cannot accept items with stains, damage, strong odours or other conditions that don't meet our quality standards.

Items that don't meet our resale standards, or remain unsold after the agreed consignment period, may be donated to trusted NGOs or local community initiatives, with your agreement.

Donated items do not generate compensation, but they can continue their journey and help reduce unnecessary waste.

Every item submitted to Bump & Baby goes through our curation process. We only list pieces that meet our quality and condition standards.

Yes — contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have original tags intact where applicable. Return approval is required before shipping the item back.

Approved returns receive store credit for the full purchase value, valid for 3 months from issue — redeemable online or at in-person events. We don't offer cash refunds.

The buyer covers return shipping costs, and these are non-refundable.
