Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Bump & Baby, every item is carefully selected and quality-checked by mums, for mums. We genuinely hope you'll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a size may not fit quite right or you may simply change your mind.

Our returns policy for pre-loved baby, maternity, and kids clothing in Dubai is designed to be simple, fair, and community-friendly.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return, simply send us a message on WhatsApp or email us, and we'll guide you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within the 7-day return period
• Be in the same condition as received
• Have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  
• Have all original tags attached, where applicable

Return request must be approved before sending items back.

Store Credit

As a circular fashion platform, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue store credit for the full purchase value of the returned item(s).

Your store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used towards any future purchase on Bump & Baby, whether online or at any of our in-person events.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in JVC, Dubai.

Return shipping or courier arrangements are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Sale Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. These include:

• Swimwear
• Underwear
• Bodysuits (bodies)
• Any item marked as Final Sale
